Ffrangeg, Almaeneg, Hanes, Daearyddiaeth, Astudiaethau Crefyddol Including: grade B in Music; and, grade B in Welsh (or a grade B in an Arts or Humanities subject studied through the medium of Welsh - e.g. French, German, History, Geography, Religious Studies).

Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)

Including a unit demonstrating the ability to read staff notation. (We will also consider other BTEC qualifications in conjunction with other level 3 qualifications.)

Music: Level 3 qualifications can also be considered in conjunction with a grade B in A level Music, merit in the ABRSM/Trinity/LCM/Rockschool Grade 5 Theory/Grade 7 Practical, or IB Higher in Music. Welsh: Level 3 qualifications can be considered in conjunction with another qualification in Welsh (e.g. A-level, IB Higher).

O gyfuno'r ddau bwnc cewch eich arfogi â gwybodaeth o iaith, llenyddiaeth a sgiliau cerddorol sy'n briodol i amrywiaeth dda o yrfaoedd gan gynnwys y sectorau celfyddydol a threftadol ac addysg a darlledu. Mae cyfleoedd i ymuno â Cherddorfa Symffoni’r Brifysgol, Côr Siambr ac amryw o gymdeithasau eraill y myfyrwyr a bydd eich profiad cerddorol yn ymestyn ymhell y tu hwnt i’r ystafell ddarlithio. Mae Cymraeg ym Mangor hefyd yn llawer mwy na chwrs gradd. Mae'n becyn diwylliannol a fydd yn eich galluogi i chwarae rhan broffesiynol a boddhaus wrth greu Cymru wirioneddol ddwyieithog.
Dyma gwrs sy’n caniatáu i chi fwynhau holl gyfoeth llenyddiaeth, drama a diwylliant creadigol y Gymraeg ochr yn ochr â holl gyfoeth y byd cerddorol yng Nghymru ac ar draws y byd. Mae’n gyfuniad deinamig o’r creadigol, yr ymarferol a’r academaidd a hynny mewn dau faes sydd â chysylltiad clos a chyffrous â'i gilydd. Gall myfyrwyr sy’n mwynhau gweithgarwch creadigol ddilyn gweithdai barddoniaeth a rhyddiaith yn y Gymraeg, ac ar yr un pryd ddilyn modiwlau cyfansoddi cerddoriaeth. Mae hwn yn llawer mwy na chwrs gradd: mae'n cynnig pecyn diwylliannol a fydd yn eich galluogi i chwarae rhan greadigol yn niwylliant cyfoes Cymru.
