In the first year you will study the core areas of cognitive, social, psychobiology and developmental psychology. The BA (Hons) in Education and Psychology is a popular course combining two complementary disciplines. Within the Education modules, the course enables you to gain an understanding of educational theories, policies and practice, and apply these to past and present educational issues such as influences on the development of the education system, approaches to teaching and learning, the curriculum, and learners with disabilities.
