The HND offers a flexible approach to a full honours degree through full time and part-time study options and gap years for work experience or other personal commitments. This is adaptable within a five year window with the option of studying your final year of your degree in partnership with University of Chichester.
You will be taught through a blend of lectures, guest speakers, seminars, case studies as well as individual and group work. Application of theory and models to real and fictional case studies to analyse problems and make recommendations; Individual, Paired and Group work ; Design, Role Play and Experiential Learning with Presentations to Business Clients who feedback on students’ plans and recommendations.

You will complete a Research Project and study a range of modules which include; Organisational Behaviour, Financial Management, Statistics for Management, Developing Individuals, teams and organisations, Digital marketing, Business Strategy, Marketing Processes and Planning, HRM, Leadership and Management, Accounting Principles, Managing a successful Business Project, Business Law, Business Data and Numerical Skills.
At the end of the course you will have the opportunity to celebrate your achievement with a full graduation ceremony.
