Studying Education is a dynamic and stimulating opportunity to explore the individual, social, and political forces that shape education, no matter where it is found or how it is delivered. If you are interested in all aspects of how and why we learn, both formally and informally, in the UK or abroad, then studying Education will challenge and excite you in equal measure.

The Health and Social Care sector, while continuing to be in a state of flux, offers exciting, unique and meaningful opportunities to work in human services that are vital for our society. It is our belief that what this sector needs is a workforce that is made up of critically thinking professionals with a deep understanding of how people’s health and social care needs arise and the creativity and drive to design, deliver and lead services to challenge these.

Social justice lies at the heart of this course which aims to develop professionals with a critical understanding of how social inequalities arise and the knowledge, values and passion to bring about change. It has been developed with input from a range of Health and Social Care professionals and organisations to ensure a curriculum that addresses key contemporary issues in the field. The course is designed for those wishing to pursue a career in Health and Social Care or those already working in the sector who are looking to enhance and develop their career.
