Have you ever sat in class and wondered, "When am I actually going to use this in the real world?" At Hult, we don’t believe in teaching students to memorize facts and theories that aren’t relevant to their future. Our program is designed to build the core skills and mindsets that are essential in every career and that every employer is looking to hire. You’ll be continuously assessed by your professors and peers on how well you’re developing these skills and mindsets, with your progress tracked and measured through an online dashboard.

The Hult undergraduate degree spans four years, covering four modules per year. If you are graduating from a European high school education system, you can expect to graduate in three years or less. Complete four specialization modules in a discipline to graduate with a major, or complete two for a minor.

**Year 1:**
- Core Module 1: Start-Up Challenge (Economics, Marketing, Management, and Entrepreneurship)

- Core Module 2: Social Impact Challenge (Accounting & Finance, Economics, Global Citizenship, Ethics, and Strategy)

- Core Module 3: Future-Proofing Challenge (Accounting & Finance, Computer Science, Entrepreneurship, Science and Technology, and Ethics)

- Specialization Electives 1: Choose from the list below:

**Available as Majors and Minors**

**Marketing:** Covering all the marketing essentials, from strategic analysis and consumer psychology to creating solutions.

**Finance:** Manage the risks, returns, and value of traditional and alternative assets and investments.

**Business Analytics:** Harness the power of big data and learn to find the patterns that can cut through the noise.

**Management:** Management is fundamental to everything—whether managing teams, processes, or the organization.

**Entrepreneurship:** From startup ideas to unicorns and successful multinationals, learn how to build your own business.

**Available as Minors**

**Psychology:** Explore how consciousness affects personality, perception, motivation, and behavior in business.

**Design:** Understand how design impacts every area of an organization—and how good design drives success.

Modules

Your Core Modules at Hult are organized so that each builds on the last and you accumulate knowledge
and skills as you progress through the program. Guided by professors and coaches who have years of firsthand experience in their field, you’ll graduate with a holistic skillset that will give you a competitive advantage in the workplace.

You'll earn 120 credits to complete your undergraduate degree, which will take between 2-4 years. U.K. students can expect to graduate in three years or less.

This information is from the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), for undergraduate students only.

You can use this to get an idea of who you might share a lecture with and how they progressed in this subject, here. It's also worth comparing typical A-level subjects and grades students achieved with the current course entry requirements; similarities or differences here could indicate how flexible (or not) a university might be.

Post-six month graduation stats:

This is from the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education Survey, based on responses from graduates who studied the same subject area here.

It offers a snapshot of what grads went on to do six months later, what they were earning on average, and whether they felt their degree helped them obtain a 'graduate role'. We calculate a mean rating to indicate if this is high, medium or low compared to other universities.

The Longitudinal Educational Outcomes dataset combines HRMC earnings data with student records from the Higher Education Statistics Agency.

While there are lots of factors at play when it comes to your future earnings, use this as a rough timeline of what graduates in this subject area were earning on average one, three and five years later. Can you see a steady increase in salary, or did grads need some experience under their belt before seeing a nice bump up in their pay packet?
