Start your journey to train in forensic psychology. Study the psychology of crime, investigation and punishment on our BPS-accredited programme. Build an understanding of the mind, brain and behaviour and uncover how people think, communicate and act when committing crimes. You will build a foundational understanding of core psychological topics, alongside practical skills to prepare you for a wide variety of careers.

Are you curious about why people commit crimes, how crimes are investigated and the consequence of punishment? On this programme, delve into the study of the mind, brain and behaviour across various forensic contexts to understand how people think, feel and act within crime investigation, victim support and offender rehabilitation. Our BPS-accredited programme* covers the principle topics of cognition, individual differences and social development. You will gain practical skills in both quantitative and qualitative research, ensuring a thorough understanding of diverse psychological methodologies.
