ABB excluding General Studies. GCSE Mathematics grade B or 6 required if not taken at A or AS level.
Access to HE Diploma
30 level 3 credits at Distinction and 15 level 3 credits at Merit. Level 3 units in Business, Marketing or Economics are desirable. GCSE Mathematics grade B or 6 required.
Cambridge International Pre-U Certificate - Principal
D3 M2 M2 in Principal Subjects. GCSE Mathematics grade B or 6 required if not taken at higher level.
We welcome applications from students offering an Extended Project and value the skills of research and independent learning that it is designed to develop. If you offer an Extended Project, it will be taken into account as part of your application profile, but we will not usually include it in offer conditions for this degree programme.
International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
32 points overall. Standard level Mathematics or Mathematical Studies required at grade 5 if not offered at Higher Level.
Leaving Certificate - Higher Level (Ireland) (first awarded in 2017)
H1H2H2H3H3 normally including Mathematics. If not offered at Higher Level then Maths at Ordinary Level 2 will be required.
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)
Business-related subjects preferred. GCSE Mathematics grade B or 6 required.
Scottish Higher
AABBB. Mathematics required at National 5, minimum grade B (or grade 2 Standard Grade or Intermediate 2 equivalent) if not offered at Higher Grade. Where a candidate bypasses the assessment for National 5 qualifications, a minimum of grade C in the Higher in Mathematics is required. Combinations of Highers and Advanced Highers accepted. Scottish qualifications can be taken in more than one sitting.
This course accepts the Digital Production, Design and Development T Level on a case by case basis. GCSE Mathematics grade B or 6 required.

Our degree covers the fundamental principles of business, but applied in the context of the agri-food chain. It is a practical course and includes topics such as: marketing, law and economics; agriculture; psychology and food and human nutrition.
