Open Day

Are you thinking of applying to this university?

Before you do, it's a good idea to go to an open day. You can have a good look around campus, getting a better idea of what it's like to study there. You'll meet current students and staff and get the chance to ask them questions.

Universities will list upcoming open days on their websites. Most will also have virtual open days; these are a great alternative if you really can't get there in person. For tips on preparing for open days, check the advice section here on The Uni Guide.

The BSc Honours Mathematics is an interesting and broad course. I particularly like the variety of Level 3 modules and have found the teaching to be excellent at all levels.

Each module was accredited so I knew that my degree would be recognised by the BPS. The teaching was excellent and the delivery of either in person or online tutorials was great.

Perfect for flexibly, not only with time but also with the resources offered meaning you can largely study in the way you learn best. Tutor and other support seems largely accessile and helpful for your learning journey. Obviously it is more independent than other universities but they do press for...

I am not all the way through my course but after completing multiple modules I am happy that the course is paced to allow rapid learning of new concepts and skills for those that have been away from education for a long period.
