This degree gives you the freedom to combine studying different subject areas in the arts and humanities. You can develop specialisms and build up a broad portfolio of interests. The course offers a deep understanding of the world we live in today, drawing on the perspectives of art history, classical studies, creative writing, English language, English literature, history, modern languages, music, philosophy, and religious studies. You'll discover how knowledge is created and shared in the arts and humanities, stretch your imagination and develop your own creative and critical responses. You'll also become an independent learner and a member of a diverse and vibrant student community.

This degree has three stages. You’ll start Stage 1 with a broad introduction to the arts and humanities followed by up to two modules chosen from a variety of subjects. Next, at Stages 2 and 3, you can specialise in one or two subjects or combine modules from across the arts and humanities curriculum.

Very good, tutors have been very helpful and the material is good enough. It is very Space focused in my opinion, but that is due to the OU being very focused on Space as a research area. Space is also pretty ideal for remote research to be fair as well.
