• Astudiaethau Craidd: canolbwyntio ar y materion cyffredinol sy'n llywio polisïau yng nghyd-destun diwylliant Cymreig • Astudiaethau Pwnc: canolbwyntio ar fanylion addysgeg yn eich maes pwnc, cynllunio gwersi, deall lle eich pwnc yn y Meysydd Dysgu a Phrofiad

• Gwella Gwybodaeth Pwnc: Canolbwyntio ar adolygu gofynion y cwricwlwm yn eich maes pwnc a pharatoi ar gyfer y pynciau efallai y byddwch yn eu haddysgu

• Astudiaethau Proffesiynol ac Addysgegol: canolbwyntio ar oblygiadau eich maes pwnc ar faterion ysgol gyfan megis darparu ar gyfer plant ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol, gwahaniaethu ac asesu.

• Dulliau Ymchwil mewn Addysg: canolbwyntio ar fethodolegau ymchwil sy'n addas at ddibenion addysgol a'ch paratoi ar gyfer eich prosiect ymchwil agos at ymarfer. Mae EDPM30 yn cario 60 credyd lefel 7.

Gall athrawon dan hyfforddiant sy'n cwblhau 60 credyd lefel 7 gario drosodd y credydau i'n rhaglen MA Addysg os byddan nhw'n cofrestru o fewn 5 mlynedd ar ôl cwblhau'r modiwl yn llwyddiannus.

Nod Ymarfer Proffesiynol (EDP300) yw sicrhau bod yr holl athrawon dan hyfforddiant yn datblygu dealltwriaeth ddofn o sut mae Safonau Proffesiynol ar gyfer Addysgu ac Arweinyddiaeth yn cysylltu â Phedwar Diben y Cwricwlwm Newydd i Gymru. Mae'r modiwl hwn yn arwain at argymell Statws Athro Cymwysedig (SAC).

Bydd athrawon dan hyfforddiant yn treulio o leiaf 120 o ddiwrnodau ar Ymarfer Proffesiynol mewn dwy ysgol yn y rhwydwaith lle byddant yn cael eu lleoli, gyda mwy o gyfleoedd mewn amrywiaeth o leoliadau ategol.

Mae EDP300 yn integreiddio ymchwil ag ymarfer yn yr ystafell ddosbarth drwy gwrs Ymarfer a Damcaniaeth a gyflwynir ar y cyd gan Diwtoriaid Pwnc ac athrawon arbenigol yn ysgolion y rhwydwaith.

Bydd Mentoriaid Pwnc a Thiwtoriaid Pwnc yn darparu cymorth unigol cryf i athrawon dan hyfforddiant sy'n gweithio tuag at gyflawni Safonau Proffesiynol ar gyfer Addysgu ac Arweinyddiaeth.

How you will be assessed

Bydd EDPM30 Ymarfer myfyriol a hysbysir gan ymchwil ac Asesu ar gyfer EDPM30 yn galluogi athrawon dan hyfforddiant i ddangos eu bod wedi datblygu lefel uchel o sgiliau meddwl yn feirniadol a fydd yn eu galluogi nhw i integreiddio dysgu academaidd a phrofiad.

Asesiad 1: Myfyrdod beirniadol ar gynlluniau gwersi. Bydd athrawon dan hyfforddiant yn cynllunio gwers gyda ffocws clir a beirniadol ar y penderfyniadau cynllunio y maent wedi'u cymryd. Bydd y ffocws hwn yn cynnwys ymgysylltu'n feirniadol â llenyddiaeth academaidd a phroffesiynol. Caiff y wers ei haddysgu, ac ar ôl cael sgwrs broffesiynol â'u mentor, bydd yr athro dan hyfforddiant yn myfyrio'n feirniadol ar y wers ac yn awgrymu unrhyw newidiadau y bydden nhw'n eu gwneud i'r cynllun. Dylai'r myfyrio beirniadol hyn ddangos bod ganddynt ddealltwriaeth glir o sut mae llenyddiaeth yn llywio'r cynllunio ar gyfer canlyniadau penodol yn eu maes pwnc a sut mae'r wers a ddewiswyd yn cymhwyso damcaniaeth i ymarfer. Bydd athrawon dan hyfforddiant yn amlinellu (i) y llenyddiaeth ymchwil sy'n cyfiawnhau eu dewis o weithgareddau dysgu a (ii) sut mae cynllun y wers yn ystyried fframweithiau statudol, (iii) ffactorau eraill a gyfranogodd at wella'r profiad dysgu i ddisgyblion (e.e. cynlluniau eistedd, cymorth gan oedolion eraill). Bydd yr aseiniad terfynol yn draethawd 3,000 o eiriau, gyda chynllun gwers wedi'i atodi.

Asesiad 2: Myfyrdod beirniadol ar reoli’r ystafell ddosbarth. Bydd athrawon dan hyfforddiant yn nodi maes rheoli ystafell ddosbarth y maen nhw am ei wella neu ei fireinio. Gallan nhw ddefnyddio sgwrs broffesiynol gyda'u mentoriaid ac athrawon dosbarth, recordiadau fideo o'u ymarfer, myfyrio personol etc. er mwyn iddyn nhw nodi eu maes ffocws. Bydd athrawon dan hyfforddiant yn ysgrifennu adolygiad llenyddiaeth ar yr elfen a ddewiswyd ganddynt ac yn penderfynu ar gynllun gweithredu sy'n seiliedig ar eu darllen. Yna byddan nhw'n gweithredu'r cynllun hwn yn yr ystafell ddosbarth ac yn cyflwyno myfyrdod beirniadol o'r strategaethau y gwnaethant eu defnyddio. Bydd yr adroddiad terfynol ar ffurf cyflwyniad 3000 o eiriau.

Asesiad 3: Adroddiad ar y prosiect ymchwil agos at ymarfer. Yn asesiad 3, bydd yn rhaid i athrawon dan hyfforddiant nodi cwestiwn ymchwil. Bydd athrawon dan hyfforddiant yn datblygu cynnig ar gyfer prosiect ymchwil agos at ymarfer ar raddfa fach a'i gyflawni er mwyn gwella cyfranogiad disgyblion. Caiff y canfyddiadau eu cyflwyno fel adroddiad ysgrifenedig sy'n cynnwys adolygiad llenyddiaeth, methodoleg, dadansoddiad o'r data a thrafodaeth o'r canfyddiadau. Bydd yr adroddiad yn myfyrio’n feirniadol ar ymyriadau a strategaethau a ddefnyddiwyd yn y prosiect. Bydd yr adroddiad agos at ymarfer terfynol yn 6000 o eiriau.

Bydd EDP300 Ymarfer Proffesiynol a'r asesiad ar gyfer EDP300 yn galluogi athrawon dan hyfforddiant i ddangos eu bod wedi cyflawni'r Safonau Proffesiynol ar gyfer Addysgu ac Arweinyddiaeth a gallant gael eu hargymell am SAC a roddir gan Gyngor y Gweithlu Addysg. Bydd angen i athrawon dan hyfforddiant ddarparu tystiolaeth yn erbyn pob un o'r 32 o ddisgrifwyr lefel SAC fel a nodir yn y Safonau Proffesiynol ar gyfer Addysgu ac Arweinyddiaeth.

Bydd athrawon dan hyfforddiant hefyd yn elwa o amrywiaeth o brofiadau mewn lleoliadau addysgol gwahanol sydd wedi’u cynllunio i sicrhau eu bod yn cael mwy nag un cyfle i gasglu tystiolaeth yn erbyn pob un o’r Safonau Proffesiynol ar gyfer Addysgu ac Arweinyddiaeth yng Nghymru yn ystod eu hymarfer dysgu.

Bydd athrawon dan hyfforddiant yn defnyddio Pasbort Dysgu Proffesiynol y CGA i recordio tystiolaeth o gyflawni'r Safonau Proffesiynol. Byddan nhw'n gallu lanlwytho tystiolaeth yn Gymraeg neu Saesneg mewn amrywiaeth o fformatau gan gynnwys ffeiliau sain a fideo (gyda chaniatâd priodo) yn ogystal â chyflwyniadau ysgrifenedig mwy traddodiadol (e.e. cynlluniau gwersi, cynlluniau gwaith, adnoddau dysgu ac addysgu, dyddiaduron myfyriol, adroddiadau ymchwil).
