Our BA Hospitality Management degree will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to thrive in a growth industry that employs approximately 1.9 million people in the UK alone.
This course is designed to give you a great head-start in your hospitality career; it is accredited by the Institute of Hospitality.
You will enjoy placements and guest lectures held with industry leaders across the capital.
We prepare you for your degree during the foundation year, bringing you up to speed with academic skills and a firm grounding in the subject. You can then go on to study for a full undergraduate degree.
Our hospitality management degree will equip you with the knowledge and skills to plan, organise, and manage various aspects of the hospitality industry. This includes hotels, restaurants, resorts, event planning, and other related businesses. All of our tourism and hospitality management degrees are delivered by our Institute of Events, Hospitality and Tourism.

Assessment methods include group work, exams and individual work including essays, presentations, case studies, professional development and practical activities depending on the nature of the course. All grades count towards your module mark. More details will be included in the student handbook and module guides. You will always receive detailed feedback outlining your strengths and how you can improve.
We aim to provide feedback on assessments within 15 working days, although you will receive immediate feedback following many of our face-to-face assessments.
