Why an Integrated Foundation Stage? An integrated foundation year is an additional introductory year at the start of your degree. It’s ideal if you don’t meet the entry requirements or are returning to education. Alongside an introduction to your subject, you’ll develop key study, communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills to build confidence and prepare for degree-level study.

You’ll learn to patent your designs and prepare a professional portfolio to help launch your career. There’ll be opportunities to work on real business briefs, from developing mobile apps to hardware platforms and mission-critical software. With work placements at companies such as Accenture and Renishaw, plus paid freelance work during the course, our graduates stand out. There the chance to design and build a line-tracing robotic car and travel to Germany for the European Renesas MCU Car Rally.
You’ll draw on the expertise of experienced lecturers as you develop your abilities in computing problem solving & software engineering, learning languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, HTML5 and CSS. Students can also use cutting-edge facilities including a purpose-built computing and technology suite with dedicated IT labs and industry-standard tools and systems, including Android, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, drones, Photoshop, Microsoft, Oracle and Cisco.

I found it is easier in halls despite certain difficulties because of the 24/7 security being available and it being near to campuses or on campuses. The first halls I was in was ...

It helps that my supervisor is also specialised in the field of childrenu2019s books as the advice I am getting is targeted to that which will help in the long run. ...
