The Initial Year of the Extended Degree Science - Sports, provides a good grounding in fundamental science including biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics along with options in psychology and healthcare and specialised modules titled: Sports Science Interventions and Aspects of Health Fitness and Training. It is designed to allow students some flexibility to tailor their module choices to their interests and abilities, and relevance to their preferred degree programme. Students will progress to level 4 in a BSc (Hons) degree in one of the following: Sports Development, Sports Studies, Sports Coaching, Sports Business Management, Sport and Exercise Science.
