About this course Our Building Surveying programme offers a comprehensive education in surveying and inspection, building pathology, building services engineering, technology innovations, estate and asset management and legislation.

Building Surveyors are responsible for inspecting buildings to assess their condition, identifying any structural issues, defects, or necessary repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. They also play a crucial role in preserving the integrity and safety of buildings, advising clients on technical aspects and legal requirements related to property and construction.
