In the first year, you will build a strong foundation in financial and management accounting, business economics, digital and quantitative skills, and explore the ethical and legal frameworks that shape the profession.
The second year deepens this knowledge with a focus on sustainability, professional development and a choice of specialist modules such as financial management, audit, tax, FinTech and equity analysis, allowing you to tailor your learning to suit your career goals.
Your paid placement or study abroad year offers valuable industry experience.
In the final year, you will engage in strategic and advanced topics including environmental accounting, fraud investigation, advanced audit and financial reporting and disruptive technologies, while also completing a career-focused development module involving live employer projects.

Through a combination of lectures, seminars and tutorials, using learning activities such as business simulations, you will develop the practical skills and theoretical knowledge that you'll need when you begin working. Our academics are experts in their field and work closely with industry to ensure that our courses reflect the needs of businesses. We use different assessment techniques in different modules and try to ensure all assessments reflect the types of work you will do after graduating. This may include portfolio work, multiple choice questions, group reports and problem-solving questions.
