Our professionally accredited and future-focussed degree in Accounting and Finance will provide you with the knowledge, skills and attributes to become a meaningful and valuable member of the future business workforce.

BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance provides examination exemptions from a range of professional bodies including ICAEW and CIMA helping you to kickstart your financial career. This course has been developed based on active collaboration with academic, employer and professional body stakeholders and with an ethos of continuous improvement to ensure that the future-focus is sustained. The modules you will study have been designed around the exemption requirements of the professional bodies. No prior knowledge of accounting is needed and in terms of mathematics, however, GCSE maths or an equivalent qualification is required.

Employability is at the heart of everything we do. 80% of our students find graduate level careers or continue to a masters qualification. You can gain practical experience through an optional placement year, placement modules, live projects and labs as well as our social enterprise. The opportunities to apply what you’ve learnt are embedded throughout your studies.
