    • The school of design has so many machines it’s really nice to see a russel group uni investing in creative subjects and the university library lets you request any books even if they don’t have them they will buy them for you

    • It’s great, I’ve been to Sheffield SU lots (which is rated the best in the uk for many consecutive years) but I actually prefer the Leeds SU and think it’s slightly better

    • Support comes too much from optional workshops with lots of people that feel too general and not personally helpful

    • The teaching is quite unique, with time being quite evenly split between lectures and group work, meaning that you get a chance to discuss and apply concepts from the lectures in smaller groups with a tutor there to ask any questions. The facilities are great, with both a skills lab and a dissection room in the medical building, the latter being available to book to practice your anatomy skills. At both hospital and GP placement, staff are lovely and look after you whilst you are with them, making it an overall enjoyable and informative experience.

    • The accommodation is basic but clean enough, with most maintenance requests carried out within 3 days. The libraries are great, with plenty of group and solo study areas for whenever you need a place to focus on your studies. There are also prayer facilities around campus, a convenience for all students who require them.
