What students say about this university

    • Gym is good but small and busy in the evening. Buses are good but often late though only by a couple minutes. Easy access to electric scooters and bikes with lots of bike paths. Library is amazing. Big, spacious and lots of study spaces whilst accommodating all forms of study. Accommodation is good, green space, rooms are nice and repairs are good and quick.

    • Accommodation is a little pricey but it is the South of England so hey ho. Food is cheap if you buy right but going out does cost quite a bit of cash if you do it a lot so budgeting is often required. Haven't needed financial support yet so cannot comment on it

    • University is very good. Staff are friendly, societies are good as are socials. The gym is decent though somewhat busy is the evening due to it being small. Campus is nice and clean and well spaced with good green space.

    • The modern centre is nice, good shops. A little small but what you can do is good. Not many clubs with them being ok to bad. The old town centre is bad and full of drugs

    • Cost of living crisis is a hard one to solve. The uni has had food banks and has lowered the prices of the sports pass to allow more students to have the right to pay extra money to sign up to sport societies.
