Open Day

Are you thinking of applying to this university?

Before you do, it's a good idea to go to an open day. You can have a good look around campus, getting a better idea of what it's like to study there. You'll meet current students and staff and get the chance to ask them questions.

Universities will list upcoming open days on their websites. Most will also have virtual open days; these are a great alternative if you really can't get there in person. For tips on preparing for open days, check the advice section here on The Uni Guide.

My timetable is good because I donu2019t have many contact hours, I personally like this as a commuter. The lectures are always really helpful even though they vary in style, and they fully take on board feedback. Nicely organised course with high quality teaching. The assignments are quite long but the seminars help give a lot of prompts and support to complete them.

BM5 Medicine is taught primarily using the traditional systems based method. Most of our face to face teaching is in person lectures which can range from excellent and easy to understand to feeling like you are being suffocated with water from a fire hose.
