    • Coming from Surrey, Sheffield is much much cheaper and generally very affordable. Going out is pretty cheap on West Street, price of a pint is £2.50 ish. Near uni accommodation there's a small Morrisons, Sainsburys and Tesco, then slightly further in Crookes there's a bigger Tesco, and then over towards Eccelsall Road there's an Aldi where you can do a weekly shop for £30 ish. Accommodation is priced fairly well, £6400 ish for the main accommodation (Endcliffe, Ranmoor and Allen Court) and then nearer to £5000 for Crescent Flats, Endcliffe Vale and Crescent Houses. Lots of uni-owned accommodation but also lots of private accommodation.
