Course
It's a very new course, so things sometimes feel a little rough e.g. staff not communicating with each other properly, nobody having a proper brief for assignments, that kind of thing. However, a good thing is that they are super open to criticism as they want the course to be the best it can be, so if you do have complaints, your student reps are the best ones to go through and your problems will be listened to seriously.

Accommodation
I live outside of Penryn. I have only two neighbours on either side who are both older and very quiet. I live with my best friend Luke and we are also both quite quiet. It's not really a place for students or student life (loud parties and such) and it's quite far away from everything unless you have a car, like I do. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the nearest train station and the nearest shop which is a spar in Penryn centre (very tiny place.) We decided to live here because it is a sweet cottage that we both loved despite how out the way it is. I would live here again, however it would have to be with someone I was comfortable with as it's quite an intimate house. However I am moving into a place much closer to Falmouth town as it's easier to get to places without the constant use of my car. (Which has impacted my predrinking heavily!)

Support
I didn't seek help or advice from the university as I know they only offer a hardship loan which I wouldn't have been able to pay back. I couldn't get a job because my course is full time 40 hours a week. It stressed me to the point of constant nausea and constantly borrowing from my parents, which isn't great as they themselves have no money.
