      Course

My course is excellent. It regularly receives 100% satisfaction on NUS surveys. The content is at times dense, however I believe that only makes it more worth the 9 grand annual tuition fee. The lectures are all available and supportive. There are regular drop in sessions and opportunities for feedback after each topic in almost all modules. As a smaller course, it means every cohort is a close knit group and means I am part of a fantastic student community that spans all years of study. There is also a committee for the course that organises fun events like pub quizzes and formals. I definitely would recommend my course to anyone interested in engineering as a career.

      Accommodation

Housing is very expensive here, definitely consider whether you are prepared to pay £6000 a year for housing. In terms of facilities, there's plenty of places to eat out and many clubs that cater to all tastes in music. Transport is great too, with many buses and notably active cycling scene. I would like to live closer to campus than I am now, however it can be hard to find reasonably priced, well connected and comfortable accommodation all at once with tough competition even if you're not a student.

Did not seek help as the problem is not unique to me and my financial problems are not to severe.

Scholarship from the course as I performed well in the assessment. Bursaries available for those in need.

      Accommodation

Redland, a popular student area, but neighbours are also families. Quite far from amenities and a 25 minute walk from uni. Chose as less expensive. Would not live there again as too far from amenities and personally do not like the house.
